Ria provides a fantastic service for my cat Puss Puss. Even on relatively short notice, I know that I can rely on her to come and visit and feed him.
Whenever my partner and I return after a period away from home, Puss Puss is more content and peaceful than ever and I have no doubt this is down to Ria's visits. He will even let her brush him, something he won't let my partner and I do!
Ria is also great at keeping in touch on a regular basis (as often or as little as you prefer) while you are away to let you know that your pet is happy and well. It makes going on holiday and having to leave Puss Puss as stress-free as possible.
I always have peace of mind that he is in safe, caring hands. Needless to say, I couldn't recommend Ria's service enough!

Pepper loves her time with Victoria and Rex! She comes home tired from some great play time and over the past year has become a more confident and better behaved dog just by spending time with Victoria and crew.
Victoria is extremely reliable and we are so happy to have watch Pepper for daily walks or overnights.

We adopted our special girl Storm, from an RSPCA shelter when she was 4 and unfortunately she lacked any ability to socialise with other dogs.
This meant for much of her life she missed out on making friends and also resulted in a many stressful situations for us whenever we encountered other dogs. Storm is now 12 and we had long since given up on ‘trying to teach an old dog new tricks’ and just had to accept her issues.
However, we then discovered Ria and took advantage of her doggy day care services.
Unbelievably, Storm’s behaviour has been completely transformed. She has spent time with Ria, Rex and all her doggy friends over a number of months and is now so much better with other dogs.
This is an amazing achievement and down to a lot of patience, confidence and skill from Ria. As well as us now being able to enjoy taking Storm out, we are so grateful that her quality of life is so much better through her interaction and friendship with other dogs.

We are so happy to have found Victoria to take care of our two Boston Terriers, Walter and Wilson. We're ex-pats from the states who tend to travel a lot, and it was stressful at first trying to figure out what to do with them while we were away, but we are completely confident leaving them with Victoria whenever we travel.
She has been able to take some of the stress out of our busy schedules and always texts us great pictures of her playing with the dogs in the park and even teaching them some basic training (which they really needed!).

After Lady passed a few days with Victoria and Rex, she learnt not to destroy the house when staying at home alone!
Thanks to Victoria and his sweet Rex, Lady is wiser now, and that's amazing! They had a really good time together, running and playing in the nature. Victoria is very professional, I have always felt safe leaving Lady with her and her prices are very good.
If one day I will go back to London, I will certainly call Victoria again.
